My heart goes out to your family and all the families of the activists that were brutally murdered by Israel.
I am American and I was deeply touched by this tragic event. It has however, served to strenthen my own personal commitment to the Palestinian
cause, and I believe that many other people around the world feel the same way.
Furkan was a beautiful boy; I deeply regret your loss and I feel your pain. Please be assured that he will live on in our hearts!

Dear Furkan,
I have visited "Mavi Marmara" today and saw where you have been you made me upset with your smile. You did the right thing by joining that flotilla
because many people never imagine that you have done.I hope RAHMAN has welcomed you as ŞEHİD and gave the CENNET you desire.Hope to meet Cennet* "inne

Greta Berlin, Co-Founder, The Free Gaza Movement |
When we set out to organize the flotilla that went in May, we were so hopeful that Israel's terrible siege would be broken. And we
were encouraged by young men and women like Furkan who believed in justice and were willing to go to Gaza.
It is with great regret that this fine young man lost his life while protecting justice. My heartfelt sympathies to his family and friends.
Furkan will never be forgotten.
